2010 - 2011 RATES
OVERNIGHT GROUP RATES Effective from 9/1/2010 to 8/31/2011
- Single Occupancy $132.00 per person, per night
- Double Occupancy $99.00 per person, per night
- Check in: 4:00 PM – Check out: 10:00 AM
*Above rates include lodging and three meals
**All rooms have private baths
***Meals not taken are not deducted from the room rate
Sleeping Rooms
Doubles: 46 rooms (two beds)
Singles: 8 rooms (one bed)
Commuter Rates
$35.00 per day, per person - includes three meals.
Standard Breakfast = $9.50; Lunch = $11.50; Dinner = $14.00
MEAL SERVICE
Meal service is available only at the times listed below unless otherwise arranged:
Breakfast: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:00 PM
Dinner: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
***Meals are served family style from a buffet in the dining room. We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate special dietary needs.

Each group or organization must provide a Certificate of Insurance. The certificate should carry coverage of one million dollars naming the Franciscan Renewal Center as an additional insured.
